Inpatient admission

Admission of patients starts at 7:00 a.m. every day except holidays. The interior of the surgery department is 204 and 501, and the following steps must be performed to perform surgery.

1. Obtaining the identity card and acceptance number from the information

2. Accepting the patient to the number training and providing the necessary documents

3. Necessary documents (doctor's order, insurance booklet, CT scan or sonography, birth certificate and national card for children under 18 years old and the presence of the father with a photo identification card and in special cases other documents, birth certificate of patients who have cosmetic procedures, if married It is mandatory for the presence of the spouse to present the documents in case of singleness.

4. Receive receipt from acceptance and go to the fund for payment

5. Delivery of the payment slip to the reception

6. Taking ECG of patients over 40 years old (admission side)

7. Receiving the file from admission and going to the doctor's room (ground floor) to take a history

8. Returning from the doctor's room to admission and handing over the case to the admissions officer and going to the laboratory to perform a blood test (if there is no test) (floor 1-)

9. Taking the file from admission and referring to the department for hospitalization (ground floor)
